Operator Zone โ road toolsPlan the run like a pro.
Fuel you can count on at 2 a.m., restaurants that can seat your whole group, and the stops that treat drivers right. Built by operators, for operators โ and growing every week as members add their spots.
Fuel networks that never close.
The big three run 24/7 at most interstate locations, take fleet cards, and have room to swing a 45-foot coach.

Coach tips: fuel before the city, not in it ยท pull the fuel-desk phone number from the app and call ahead if you're bringing a full coach at meal time ยท keep a fleet card (EFS, Comdata, or the chain's own) so a driver never fronts fuel money on a card that might get flagged.
Restaurants that can take a whole coach.
The proven bus-group names. Always call ahead โ a 10-minute call gets you coach parking, a ready section, and usually the driver perk.
Golden Corral
The classic motorcoach stop โ buffet speed for 50+, group booking on their site, coach parking at most locations, and the driver & escort typically eat free with a group. Call the location's group line first.
Cracker Barrel
Bus-friendly with marked coach parking at many interstate exits. Groups should call ahead so the kitchen stages the section โ ask about the driver's meal when you book.
Travel plaza food courts
When the schedule is tight: TA/Petro sit-down restaurants and the bigger Pilot/Love's food courts turn a 50-person feed in under 45 minutes with zero reservation risk.
Casinos & buffets
Casino buffets are built for buses โ many comp the driver a meal (and sometimes fuel or play credit) for bringing a group. Their group-sales office is the number to call.
The pre-trip checklist.
Clearances & restrictions
A coach is not a car with more seats. Run the route on a truck GPS or the Motor Carrier Road Atlas โ parkways in NY/NJ/CT ban buses and low bridges don't forgive. Never trust a car app with 13 feet 6 inches of coach.
Hours of service
Plan fuel + meal stops inside the driver's clock, not around it. A 30-minute group feed at a buffet beats a 90-minute sit-down that puts you out of hours 60 miles from the hotel.
Parking at the destination
The trip isn't planned until the coach has a place to sit at the venue. Stadiums, casinos and city event sites all have bus marshaling info โ one call saves you circling a city block with 56 passengers watching.
The call-ahead sheet
Pros roll with a one-pager: fuel stop numbers, restaurant group line, venue bus contact, hotel bell desk, and the nearest service shops on the route. Ten calls before the trip beat one panic call during it.
