Terms of use

Plain-English template — to be reviewed by an attorney before public launch.

What Station Bus Nation is

Station Bus Nation is a directory and lead-referral platform. We connect customers with independent motorcoach companies. We are not a broker, carrier, or party to any transportation contract. All bookings, payments, and service agreements are made directly between you and the bus company.

Verification

Trust levels reflect checks against public FMCSA/USDOT data at the time shown on each profile. Records change; always confirm authority, insurance, and pricing directly with the carrier before travel.

Reviews

Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors. "Verified trip" indicates the reviewer submitted a trip request through Station Bus Nation for that carrier. We remove content that is fraudulent, hateful, or unlawful.

Liability

Station Bus Nation is not responsible for the acts, omissions, vehicles, or services of listed companies. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

Community & posting rules

Reviews, messages, and any content you post must be truthful and yours. Not allowed anywhere on Station Bus Nation: profanity-laced attacks, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination; nudity or sexual content; anything illegal or that facilitates illegal activity; spam, unsolicited advertising, solicitation, political campaigning or lobbying; impersonating another person or company; posting someone's private information. We remove violating content and may suspend accounts. Content involving the exploitation of minors is removed and reported to authorities.

Acceptable use

Station Bus Nation is licensed to you for one purpose: finding and contacting bus companies for real group travel. No scraping or harvesting data, no reselling leads or listings, no bots, no using the platform to build a competing service, and no fraudulent quote requests.

Your trip & local laws

Transportation is regulated. Interstate charter service is governed by federal law (FMCSA/USDOT); states and cities add their own rules for things like pickup locations, permits, and passenger conduct. Your carrier is responsible for operating legally in your service area — and the verification badge exists to help you check. Alcohol on board, parking, and venue rules vary by state and municipality; confirm specifics with your carrier when you book.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms as the platform grows; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Last updated July 2026.
