How it's used

Quote requests are shared with the specific carrier you chose — never sold to lead lists or blasted to competitors. Contact details are used to respond to you and operate the service.

What we never do

• Sell your personal information.
• Send your request to companies you didn't pick.
• Handle your payment — that stays between you and the carrier.

Cookies & analytics

We use only what the site needs to function (like remembering your session) and basic, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. No ad-tracking networks, no selling browsing data.

How long we keep data

Quote requests and messages are kept as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@stationbusnation.com or use the contact page. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional legal rights; we honor deletion and access requests for everyone regardless of state.

Children

Station Bus Nation is for adults arranging group transportation. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Legal requests

We disclose personal information only when the law genuinely requires it (a valid subpoena or court order) or to prevent imminent harm. Last updated August 2026.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, BusTrusted LLC (operating Station Bus Nation and Tutor'n 4 All Children) may send you transactional and customer-care text messages: one-time verification codes, booking and quote confirmations, session reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are used only for these messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
