On-scene checklist

1
Make it safe

Get fully onto the shoulder, hazards on, set reflective triangles well back. Keep riders on the coach unless it's unsafe.

2
Reassure the group

Tell passengers what's happening and that help is on the way. Calm driver, calm bus.

3
Alert dispatch + the Nation

Use the red button above — it notifies your dispatch and nearby Station Bus Nation drivers who can roll a rescue coach.

4
Road call if it's fixable

Flat, air, or electrical? The 24/7 line can often get you rolling without a swap.

5
Document it

Photos of the coach + location, note the mile marker and time. Helps dispatch, insurance, and the next driver.
